A clear, bold focus on make right what is wrong

NSW Ambulance call centre staff are abused on a daily basis. Callers under stress vent in unbelievable ways. We needed to bring awareness to the general public to show that treating call centre staff with abuse is not accepted.

Designing a campaign with bold, simple with heavy imagery and simple text to get this message across.

We photographed real employees and heard their stories. This campaign was showcased in posters out in the community and social media.
