As the go-to marketing and design expert, my task was to manage the brand’s email marketing strategy from top to bottom. I worked on Klaviyo email flows, including creating and optimizing campaigns, handling Shopify updates, designing banners and icons, and troubleshooting technical issues. Additionally, I strategized targeted email sends and analyzed the results to ensure optimal performance for every campaign.

  • Created and optimized essential email flows, including welcome emails, abandoned cart emails, post-purchase emails, VIP launch campaigns, and seasonal emails.

Design and Branding:

  • Designed visually appealing email banners, icons, and overall email templates that aligned with the brand’s identity, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.

Strategic Email Sends:
