They wanted to elevate their email marketing strategy to drive engagement, increase conversions, and build stronger customer relationships. My Task:

As the lead on the Klaviyo email marketing setup, my task was to:

  • Revamp Lee and May’s email sign-up forms to increase conversions.
  • Create and optimize email flows, including welcome, abandoned cart, product-based, post-purchase, reviews, and win-back emails.

  • Design engaging and visually appealing email templates that aligned with Lee and May’s branding.

  • Implement A/B testing strategies to continuously optimize email performance.

  • Write compelling copy to match each email’s goal and deliver value.

Strategy and Implementation:

The email marketing strategy involved several key components:

  • Revamping the Sign-Up Form: Redesigned the sign-up form to make it visually appealing, easy to fill out, and enticing enough to convert visitors into subscribers. Added incentives like discounts and exclusive offers to encourage sign-ups.
